TERMS OF PURCHASE
These Terms of Purchase are legally binding standardized agreement terms between the platform and all users who place orders and purchase products on our official website. All users who complete account registration, order placement, payment transaction and order confirmation on this website shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all the provisions of these purchase terms, and shall abide by the relevant rules and agreements.
All products displayed and sold on our official website are men’s apparel products independently selected and inspected by the platform, including but not limited to men’s T-shirts, work shirts, casual trousers, sports shorts, functional overalls and other daily and work clothing series. All product pictures, size parameters, fabric descriptions and style introductions on the website are real and effective display content, and the platform strives to ensure the consistency of product display and physical objects.
All order transactions on the platform are uniformly settled in USD. Users need to complete payment through the legal and valid payment channels supported by the platform. After the user successfully pays the order amount, the order will be automatically generated and take effect, and the platform will start the subsequent order processing, shipment arrangement and logistics distribution work. Any order with unpaid, abnormal payment or failed payment will be deemed as an invalid order, and the platform has the right to cancel the abnormal order automatically.
For all valid paid orders, the platform implements a unified global shipment rule, and all orders will be arranged for shipment within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. The platform has no regional shipment difference, and all global orders enjoy the same efficient order processing and shipment efficiency. No additional shipping fees, remote surcharges, processing fees or other hidden fees will be charged for any orders delivered to any region of the world. Users enjoy the after-sales service rights stipulated by the platform, including 60-day return qualification right and 5-10 working days refund processing right. Any malicious return, false application for refund, repeated invalid application and other abnormal operation behaviors will be deemed as violation of purchase terms, and the platform has the right to reject the application and restrict the subsequent service authority of the account.
The platform reserves the right to adjust product prices, product styles and inventory status in real time according to market changes and inventory updates. The price of the order shall be subject to the unit price displayed and confirmed at the time of user order placement, and the platform will not adjust the order price unilaterally after the order takes effect.
